BASIC YOGA FLOW: This is a great class to introduce the beginner to a well-rounded yoga practice. Designed for both the beginner and intermediate in mind, this class breaks down various yoga postures or asanas and incorporates them into an energetic flow. The evening classes are candlelit and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere (60 minutes, barefoot).
BELLY DANCE FUNDAMENTALS SERIES (www.bluefiredance.com): This is a SERIES, not a class: Discover the power of this ancient art form and connect with your inner goddess! Belly Dancing is perfect for every woman, regardless of fitness level. It strengthens and tones the whole body, with a unique focus on the core, trunk and pelvic muscles, and is excellent for increasing flexibility, joint strength and muscle density. When you register, you will register for the entire 8 weeks (60 minutes, barefoot).
BOOTCAMP CIRCUIT “booty shaping rounds of fun” a circuit of stations including various free weight exercises, training equipment, and cardio exercises to tone the body by building muscles and burning fat (60 minutes, shoes required).
CANDLE LIGHT YINKI (Yin, Reiki, and Soumd Healing Bowls): This gentle relaxing floor-based yin class allows you to let go and focus on breath and healing of your body and just simply be. Combined with Reiki, and sound bowls to realign your chakras, you will feel amazing, relaxed, and in tune with you (60 minutes, barefoot).
LIFE YOGA FLOW This all levels gentle yoga flow is infused with chakra focused intentions to help you discover your innermost truth. The class allows for various paces of movement sprinkled with some both meditation and yoga play!
CIRCULATORY & LYMPHATIC VIBRATING PLATFORM: The platform has a muscle contracting mode to tone and tighten and a circular vibratory mode to increase circulation. The session takes 10 minutes, can be combined with weights, and will help to increase your strength, support your lymphatic system, get blood and fluids and energy flowing and moving throughout to support overall health and progression with your fitness goals. The session is the same cost as a class, can be purchased in packages and used in conjunction with other classes that accept packages.
GENTLE YOGA: a calming soothing meditational and heart opening practice. Gentle and beautiful and light guiding (60 minutes, barefoot).
GENTLE YOGA, YIN : Yin Yoga works the deeper levels of the body/heart/mind: the connective tissues of the ligaments, fascia, joints, spine and bones and the energetic channels of the meridians, nerves and blood system. Consists of long held passive poses, which gives time for a deeper journey into the meditative aspects of yoga, and experiencing stillness at a deeper level. Mostly floor work. (75 minutes, barefoot).
HATHA YOGA, ALL LEVELS: Open to all levels, class is usually taught at several levels to accommodate every one's energy and physical levels. Class includes pranayama (breath-work), meditation, mudras, liberal use of props and wall. Modifications included. Beginners welcome (60 minutes, barefoot).
KIDS YOGA (ages 8 - 12): Yoga comes to life in these fun and creative classes designed to stimulate a child while conveying lessons in self-expression, body image, social skills, positive thinking, and environmental awareness. Kids yoga classes will spark the child’s inner yogini while enhancing language development, motor coordination and awareness skills. Classes are a balance between active & passive poses (60 minutes, barefoot).
MAT PILATES: Pilates work develops core abdominal and back strength through exercises executed on a mat, or on highly specialized equipment. With an emphasis on breath, posture and body awareness, each exercise is limited to 5-10 repetitions that are performed with total focus on accurate form and quality of movement. Lisa-Anne will be teaching a mix of classical and contemporary mat exercises (60 minutes, barefoot).
NIA: Nia is a fun, soulful, dance inspired cardio-fitness and personal development program. It is a joyful, whole body and mind/body cardio-vascular workout done to all types of great music. Nia blends dance, martial arts, yoga and the healing arts to produce a workout that fosters growth and integration of mind, body, emotions and spirit to leave you feeling recharged, rejuvenated and fully alive. This is truly an AGELESS class. Males and females of all ages and levels of conditioning are welcome. Sweat your body, free your mind and discover how much fun being fit can be (60 minutes, barefoot).

PRENATAL YOGA: a class designed for pregant women from 4 to 9 months of pregnancy to help pregnant women stay limber, tone the body and improve balance and circulation. In addition to physical benefits, prenatal yoga can help women develop increased mind-body consciousness by focusing on breath and relaxation whihc may also facilitate the labor process (60 minutes, barefoot).
RISE AND FLOW YOGA: Awaken your body and renew your mind! Start your day with this energizing blend of sun salutations, standing postures and yummy floor work (60 minutes, barefoot).
STANDING PILATES: Standing Pilates is a contemporary format of Pilates developed by the PhysicalMind Institute. It was developed to teach correct alignment in functional positions. “Standing Pilates is a full-body exercise that requires one to focus on how the body moves and reacts in order to balance.” Standing Pilates improves balance and create strength in not just the core but also in the arms and legs. Suitable for everyone, and great for pre and post natal students as exercises are standing up, rather than lying on the back or stomach (60 minutes, barefoot).
