New Acquisition Compliance

 ACE managed the scheduling and implementation of multi-media compliance audits within a newly acquired region of Aggregate Industries' US operations. ACE documented and reported the results of the compliance audits in conformance with Aggregate Industries' Corporate Environmental Management System (EMS) procedures relating to compliance and new acquisitions.

Environmental Resource Technologies (ERT)

Recycling Compliance Audit

ACE performed an environmental compliance audit of ERT's operations, records, and facility to ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations.

Meyer Material Company

Environmental Compliance Audits

ACE conducted 35 environmental compliance audits that included multimedia evaluations of the facilities' compliance with air, water, and waste requirements. Additionally, a review of regulatory permits was conducted, as well as an audit of the activities performed on site, to ensure the permits adequately reflected the activities on site.

Musashi

Compliance Audit

ACE conducted a comprehensive environmental compliance assessment at the Musashi auto parts manufacturing facility to evaluate compliance with air, water, waste, fuel storage, and environmental reporting requirements.  The assessment included a combination of permit and records review, interviews with staff, and an inspection of the interior and exterior of the facility.

Stillwater Mining Company

Compliance Auditing

ACE performed environmental compliance audtis across all three of Stillwater Mining Company's locations. This project was performed as a subcontractor.

Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT)

Stormwater Program EMS Auditing and Recommendations

ACE performed a statewide audit on CDOT's Stormwater Environmental Management System (EMS). ACE compiled the results and made recommendations for an enhanced development of CDOT's Construction Program Environmental Mangagement System (EMS). This project was performed as a subcontractor.
